Babel offered to Arsenal, a load of rubbish
The rumours over the last 24 hours that we offered Ryan babel to Arsenal are simply put, a load of rubbish.
There are many reasons why would no0t offer any of our players to Arsenal, least of all they are competitors.
Secondly there are quite a few clubs out there including Birmingham that would be prepared to offer more money than the notoriously tight fisted gooners.
Thirdly the boss has already stated that he does not want the Dutchman to go and so why would we offer him to Arsenal?
And last but not least Arsenal have never shown any interest in babel, so why would we embarrass ourselves by offering him.
Another factor to consider is that when you offer a player to anyone you immediately decrease the players value as you give away your desperation.
Its not often we call rumours outright rubbish in its own article, usually we do it in the daily rumours section, but this time we felt strongly enough to say it loudly

I agree that it is very likely rubbish, However the reason why Arsenal is linked is because they were very close to signing Babel and then we put in a higher late bid and secured his transfer. I doubt Wenger would be interested in him right now, but there was a time.
hahaha you better hope babel doesnt sign for Arsenal in the next few days, cause this rant will leave you incredibly embarassed. btw Arsenal arent Liverpool’s ‘competitors’ or rivals, Arsenal are going for the title while Liverpool are fighting for the Europa league spot.
