Diouf got a police warning over Gerrard clash
El Hadji Diouf received a warning from merseyside Police after he continued his confrontation in to the tunnel at half time yesterday.
According to The Mirror he was warned to calm down as his actions were inciting an already excited crowd.
The Mirror went on to say that a police spokesman confirmed afterwards that Diouf was warned, but no further action would be taken.
The warning that Diouf received left Blackburn manager Sam Allardyce hopping mad, not because his player was warned but because Gerrard was not!
“I didn’t think Diouf behaved badly. I won’t answer that question because I think it is diabolical – what about Gerrard, didn’t he behave badly in that case?” he said.
Maybe but Allardyce needs to realise who was at home and who was the away team and that away players always know not to incite the home team fans, that is what leads to trouble.
Chelsea were terrible for that and in the end were warned by the FA after the incident at Tottenham that saw Frank Lampard attacked after sever provocation by the Chelsea players.
You just cannot go to an away game and expect to wind the crowd up and get away with it, no matter how much Allardyce moans about the unfairness of it all.

It becomes dificult to blame a kid when the father behaves like a moron. The kid is obviously copying from the old man. Bid Sam started the rot when he started ranting about Rafa way before the game.
Please Big Sam try to set a good example for your obviously immature players. Everybody is aware that Diouf is a mappet who cannot even spell the word “behave” let alone practice it. Even Senegal his home country is just tolerating him but would drop him from their teams if they had other options.
He is not a role madel even to the kids in his own family back at home. He is a disgrace to the African folks.
