Hearts boss Laszlo would manage Liverpool better than Benitez!

The Hearts manager Csaba Laszlo believes that he made to manage a big club one day, and he thinks that if he took over from Rafael Benitez at Liverpool he would realise the dream of winning the Premiership again.

He said: “I definitely believe it is my destiny to manage a big club.

“If Liverpool were to call me I would go there and change the fact that they have not been champions for 20 years. Why not?

“Equally, should Manchester United ask me to take the job from Sir Alex Ferguson then I would go there and keep them in first position.

“That is the confidence I have in my ability and if you don’t have this then you are in the wrong job.”

My target every season is to win the championship and, as it goes on, to finish as high as possible.”

He is certainly a confident manager, despite his team Hearts currently residing in fourth-bottom of the Scottish Premier League!

Funnily enough this evening he was asked how he felt being linked with the job at Celtic this summer, when Gordon Stracham resigned. He indicated that he wouldn’t want to leave Hearts!

“If I have the feeling the players and the club stay behind me, I can be linked with every job in the world, but why would I move?”

He seems to be having a problem making his mind up!
